Sam Jaradeh had direct email correspondence with Epstein from approximately 2010 through 2013, and separately with Epstein's personal assistant Lesley Groff regarding the maintenance and use of an apartment at 301 East 66th Street in New York that Epstein provided at no cost. Groff coordinated cleaning staff and building services for the apartment on Jaradeh's behalf.
In one 2012 email exchange Jaradeh mentioned that Epstein had arranged for him to work with Jean-Luc Brunel at Brunel's modeling agency. Jaradeh also traveled internationally during this period and attended events in Epstein's social network.
