Lesley Groff

Lesley Groff served as Jeffrey Epstein's executive assistant based in New York for approximately two decades, beginning around 2001. She managed Epstein's daily schedule, coordinated travel logistics with pilot Larry Visoski, handled his financial affairs through the Black Amex card, and served as the primary communications gateway between Epstein and his extensive network of contacts. Groff was the hub of Epstein's communications network, appearing in 202,660 document references — more than any other person in the database except Epstein himself.

Her knowledge graph shows 30 relationships, with the strongest connections being communications with Epstein (weight 208), Richard Kahn (64), Paul Morris (30), Bella Klein (29), and Peter Attia (21). Multiple victims alleged that Groff scheduled "massages" involving underage girls at Epstein's New York and Palm Beach properties. The New York Times reported on "a ring of women" who "allegedly recruited girls for Jeffrey Epstein," identifying Groff as part of this inner circle alongside Maxwell, Kellen, and Marcinkova.

In a 2009 federal court ruling, Judge Kenneth Marra found that the U.S. Government violated the Crime Victims' Rights Act by granting immunity to Epstein's co-conspirators — including Groff — through the secret 2008 Non-Prosecution Agreement, without notifying the victims as required by law. Groff coordinated Epstein's movements across multiple properties, managed apartment door codes on his instructions, and scheduled medical appointments.

A February 2013 email shows Groff sending passport copies for Epstein and three young female assistants for a SpaceX visit, writing: "I have now sent you a copy of all 3 girls passports." She managed access to Epstein for figures across finance, science, media, and politics. When Naomi Campbell needed to reach Epstein, when Chris Tucker wanted contact information, when Steven Pinker needed Stephen Hawking's email — all requests flowed through Groff. Her business entity, Groff-Redhawk Partners LLC, is documented in corporate records.
