Background

Larry Visoski served as Jeffrey Epstein's chief pilot from 1991 to 2019, logging approximately 1,000 flights over nearly three decades. He flew Epstein's Gulfstream and Boeing 727 ("Lolita Express") between residences in New York, Palm Beach, New Mexico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and international destinations.

Visoski was a key prosecution witness at Ghislaine Maxwell's sex trafficking trial in 2021. In his testimony, he described Maxwell as Epstein's "Number 2," responsible for managing "all of Epstein's affairs" outside of business — including household operations, property management, and staff oversight across all residences. When asked about the nature of Epstein and Maxwell's relationship, Visoski testified they were "like a married couple." Flight logs from Visoski's flights document Bill Clinton as a passenger on at least 20 flights on Epstein's aircraft.

These manifests also list unnamed women identified only as "Janice," "Jessica," and "one female," as well as massage therapist Chauntae Davies. Visoski testified he did not know why Chris Tucker and Kevin Spacey were aboard the Africa trip flights in September 2002, stating they "came up in the cockpit and said hi." Despite his nearly three decades of proximity to Epstein's operations, Visoski denied witnessing any sexual activity on the aircraft, testifying "Absolutely not" and "Never" when asked if he found sex toys during aircraft cleanup. Epstein allegedly paid legal fees for Visoski alongside other associates including Maxwell, David Rogers, and Mark Epstein.

Deutsche Bank wire transfer records show petty cash disbursements processed to Visoski through Epstein's accounts by Richard Kahn of HBRK Associates. Between 2017 and 2019, email correspondence shows Visoski coordinating Epstein's G550 aircraft movements around President Trump's travel schedule and TSA inspection timing at Palm Beach International Airport, arranging departures to avoid overlap with presidential security restrictions. Visoski maintained 38 documented relationships in the knowledge graph, primarily through co-travel connections.

His most frequent co-passengers were Epstein (185 shared flights), Ghislaine Maxwell (153), Clare Hazell-Iveagh (21), Virginia Giuffre (14), and Gwendolyn Beck (10).
