Flight logs document Clinton on at least 26 individual flight legs aboard Epstein's Boeing 727 (the "Lolita Express") and Gulfstream aircraft between 2002 and 2003. Clinton's spokesperson characterized these as "four trips" taken for Clinton Foundation work in Africa, Southeast Asia, and elsewhere.

A CNN analysis counted at least 16 separate flights. Pilot Larry Visoski confirmed Clinton flew without Secret Service protection on several legs. The January 2026 DOJ release of over 3 million pages included never-before-seen photos of Clinton and Epstein together, and a photo of Clinton in a jacuzzi taken on a trip linked to Epstein travel.

Clinton later testified the photo was taken in Brunei during a Clinton Foundation AIDS initiative stop. In early 2026, the House Oversight Committee subpoenaed both Bill and Hillary Clinton to testify in its bipartisan Epstein investigation. After facing a contempt vote, the Clintons agreed to appear.

On February 27, 2026, Bill Clinton gave a closed-door deposition lasting over six hours. He testified he "saw nothing" of Epstein's crimes, denied having sex with the woman in the jacuzzi photo, said he did not know her, and stated he was unaware of any trafficking before Epstein's 2008 guilty plea in Florida. The deposition video was released publicly by House Republicans on March 2, 2026.

The December 2025 DOJ files showed frequent email communications between Ghislaine Maxwell and Clinton staffers between 2001 and 2004. Clinton has consistently denied witnessing any abuse or discussing sexual acts with Epstein. No criminal referral or charges have been brought against Clinton.
