Background

Florida-based pilot who served as secondary flight crew on Jeffrey Epstein's aircraft fleet, appearing on 44 flight manifests from late 2006 through 2007. Flew primarily on the Gulfstream G-II (N909JE) and Boeing 727 (N908JE) alongside chief pilots David Rodgers and Larry Visoski. Listed in passenger manifests on flights between Epstein's key locations including TIST (U.S.

Virgin Islands), Teterboro, EWR, Palm Beach, and Columbus, OH. His initials 'BH' appear in abbreviated pilot notations. Federal prosecutors subpoenaed Epstein's pilots in July 2019 via a Manhattan grand jury.

He has not been accused of any crimes.
