Pilot for Jeffrey Epstein who maintained handwritten passenger manifests for Epstein's aircraft, including the Boeing 727 registered as N908JE. His flight logs, along with those of fellow pilot Larry Visoski, became some of the most consequential documentary evidence in the Epstein investigations, identifying hundreds of passengers who traveled on Epstein's planes to destinations including Little St. James in the U.S.
Virgin Islands, Palm Beach, New York, and New Mexico. Rodgers testified at the Ghislaine Maxwell trial in 2021. He also corresponded directly with Epstein about maintenance issues and operations for the Boeing 727 fleet.
