Background

Lithuanian ballet dancer and wife of Vilnius event organizer Valdas Petreikis. Corresponded with Jeffrey Epstein under the alias "balerina simona" (balerinasimona@hotmail.com) from 2009 through May 2019. Epstein funded her ballet studies and she described his support as having "changed my life as an artist and as a person." In November 2009, Epstein sent "model scout friends" to Vilnius at her suggestion.

In March 2011, Epstein emailed both Jean-Luc Brunel and Simona together about "vilnius." In 2017, she introduced her husband Valdas to Epstein and shared his Skype handle. In March 2018, Ramsey Elkholy brought her to Epstein's New York residence at 9 East 71st Street. In Epstein's 1953 Trust, executed August 8, 2019 (two days before his death), she was bequeathed $3,000,000 as bequest #18 ; between Ann Rodriguez ($5M) and David Rogers ($4M).

After the scandal broke in February 2026, the family publicly stated they refused the inheritance. She lived near Geneva, Switzerland by 2018 and was connected to the Baltic Ballet Theatre in Vilnius. Lithuanian prosecutors opened a pretrial investigation into possible human trafficking in February 2026 after reviewing the correspondence.
