Ann Rodriguez (also spelled Rodriquez) served as general manager of LSJE LLC, overseeing operations at Jeffrey Epstein's private island of Little St. James in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
She also captained the Big N Barge that serviced the island. She is the mother of Sierra and Emery Poleon, whose tuition at North Broward Preparatory School and Antilles School was paid by Epstein through the Butterfly Trust. She appears as a direct email recipient in dozens of messages from Epstein spanning 2012 to 2018, covering day-to-day operational matters including staffing, meal preparation, landscaping, maintenance contractors, and coordination with other household staff.
In a 2012 email Epstein asked Rodriguez to compile a roster of on-call workers including mechanics, boat captains, security personnel, and maids. In a 2013 email she asked Epstein whether to prepare dinner for guests. Rodriguez coordinated with other Epstein staff including Daphne Wallace and Lesley Groff.
