Groff and Bard's assistant Laura coordinated visit scheduling, X-ray transfers, and physical therapy appointments over multiple years spanning at least 2013 to 2017. A 2013 email shows Bard traveling to Epstein's Palm Beach home on short notice at Epstein's request. A 2015 email indicates Bard also offered physical therapy services at his own office.
Epstein sent a personal gift to Bard's son via FedEx in July 2016, indicating a longstanding personal rapport. Bard is listed in the Epstein EFTA documents as "Dr. Perry Bard, Prime Care Chiropractic." He appears in approximately 793 documents.
