South African property and operations manager who, together with his wife Cathy Alexander, ran Jeffrey Epstein's private Caribbean island, Little St. James, from approximately 1999 to 2007. Named as an authorized signatory on the LCP Company LLC bank account alongside Epstein and Harry Beller.
