American journalist and author, most widely known for "Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House" (2018). Listed in Epstein's black book and part of the same overlapping New York media and social circles. Wolff used Epstein as a source for his reporting on Donald Trump, and emails released by Congress in November 2025 showed that Wolff provided Epstein with background on Trump.
Wolff has estimated that he recorded approximately 100 hours of interviews with Epstein over several years. Epstein reportedly wanted Wolff to write his biography. According to accounts Wolff relayed from Epstein, Trump and Epstein socialized in the same New York circles and were close friends for about a decade before a falling out over real estate in 2004.
No allegations of wrongdoing have been made against Wolff in connection with Epstein.
