Cuthbert Titre, known by the nickname Smiley, was an employee at Jeffrey Epstein's Little St. James island in the US Virgin Islands. He was responsible for pool maintenance, reverse osmosis plant maintenance and reports, fuel readings, power washing roads, and TFL facility maintenance.
He appears in multiple island staff rosters, including a 2012 employee schedule, and is listed alongside other island workers including Gerry Francis Titre, Peter St. Omer, and Dupson Donissaint.
