Danish businessman who owned Great St. James, the 165-acre island adjacent to Epstein's Little St. James in the U.S.

Virgin Islands. Refused to sell directly to Epstein, a registered sex offender. Epstein circumvented this by fraudulently using Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem's name on the purchase documents without permission, acquiring the island for $22.5M in January 2016 through shell company Great St.
