A 2023 FBI memorandum identifies Eddie Small as the romantic partner of Mary Small (also known as Mary Combs), who prosecutors linked to the recruitment of a trafficking victim around 2001 to 2002.
According to that memo, Eddie drove the victim from Virginia to New York for appointments at Epstein's townhouse where she was introduced to other associates. A background investigation conducted by bank compliance analysts identified Charles Edward Small in connection with financial entities in the US Virgin Islands. His connection to the case involves references in trafficking-related court proceedings and correspondence found in the Epstein document releases.
