Background

Zubair Khan is the founder and CEO of Ideal Solutions, a cybersecurity company, and of InsightsPod, a social media analytics firm. He was introduced to Jeffrey Epstein in Paris in May 2016 by a mutual contact as a cybersecurity expert, and the two met shortly after. From September to November 2016, Khan sent Epstein the InsightsPod business plan and regular election updates based on Twitter sentiment analysis of the US presidential debates, including predictions for Trump and Clinton's winning chances in the Electoral College.

He continued to correspond with Epstein into February 2017 on topics including social media management for influencers.
