Tommy Mottola (born July 14, 1949) is an American music industry executive who served as Chairman and CEO of Sony Music Entertainment from 1990 to 2003, tripling annual revenue to over $6 billion. He founded Mottola Media Group and has been married to Mexican singer-actress Thalia since 2000. DOJ-released documents show Mottola corresponded with Epstein from 2010 to 2019, the year of Epstein's federal arrest, and visited Epstein's Upper East Side mansion multiple times after his 2008 Florida conviction.
Mottola gave Epstein a box of Bridgewater Chocolates in December 2011 and a gift basket in September 2017. His name appears over 900 times across the EFTA document releases. Following the 2026 document release, Jimmy Fallon shelved a planned pasta-sauce business venture with Mottola.
