First met Jeffrey Epstein in 2004 at a dinner hosted by literary agent John Brockman, founder of the Edge Foundation and a longtime Epstein associate. In 2006, attended the ‘Confronting Gravity’ physics conference on St. Thomas funded by Epstein, alongside Stephen Hawking and other prominent scientists.
In November 2014, flew on Epstein's private jet and briefly visited his Caribbean island, six years after his 2008 conviction. Documents released in 2026 revealed nearly a decade of interactions including in-person meetings and hundreds of messages. Randall stated she was ‘appalled by the full extent of allegations’ and ‘deeply regrets maintaining contact,’ adding that she never received direct Epstein funding.
