British-American technology executive and twin sister of Christine Maxwell, both daughters of media mogul Robert Maxwell and siblings of Ghislaine Maxwell. Isabel co-founded Magellan, one of the earliest internet search directories, in 1994. She later served as president of Commtouch, an Israeli-American email security company, from 1997 to 2001, and as CEO of Puresight, an Israeli content filtering company, from 2003 to 2004.
Isabel is listed in Jeffrey Epstein's black book as part of the Maxwell family network. Her then-husband Al Seckel, an American writer, corresponded with Epstein in 2010 about reputation management and search engine optimization services, charging Epstein tens of thousands of dollars for efforts that included suppressing coverage of his conviction.
