In the final version, Celina Dubin's property allocations were transferred entirely to Shuliak. Two days before his death on August 10, 2019, Epstein signed a will naming Shuliak as the primary beneficiary. The will left her approximately $50 million in cash, Little St.
James and Great St. James islands, the Zorro Ranch, the New York City townhouse, the Paris apartment, a near-33-carat diamond ring described as given "in contemplation of marriage," and 48 loose diamonds. DOJ files also reveal wire transfers to a Minsk address matching her family's surname.
Between 2013 and 2016, her parents in Belarus received at least $80,000 from Epstein. She appeared in more than 40,000 documents in the released files and was the last person Epstein called from prison before his death. The Kyiv Independent, Meduza, and Belarusian outlets Belsat and Nasha Niva reported on Shuliak's role in February 2026.
