Real estate developer and co-founder of The New Albany Company with Les Wexner in 1986. Listed in Epstein's black book (page 74) under ‘New Albany Company’ with four phone numbers and two addresses. Epstein was made a general partner in the New Albany Company's holding company at nominal cost, despite Wexner and Kessler having invested billions.
Business records show Epstein named as co-president alongside Wexner in 1998. A Kessler-Wexner entity (JW & CPK & Co.) sold a property at 5025 East Dublin Granville Road to Epstein for $3.5 million; a lawsuit alleged Epstein and Maxwell sexually assaulted a woman at that property in 1996. Named in DOJ email EFTA01110729.
