British political fixer and close Epstein associate who orchestrated ‘Project Jes’ -- a coordinated campaign to install Jes Staley as CEO of Barclays in 2012. The campaign involved planting press stories, lobbying UK Treasury through George Osborne's chief of staff Rupert Harrison, and directly lobbying Barclays board members. Staley was eventually appointed Barclays CEO in 2015.
Osborne also facilitated introductions between Epstein and Silicon Valley figures including Peter Thiel and Reid Hoffman, helped structure a Li Ka Shing fund, and managed political connections across UK government and Israeli intelligence circles. Epstein's files contain extensive correspondence between Osborne and Epstein spanning years.
