Giuffre made no specific allegation of misconduct against Gore and described the encounter as a social introduction. No victim has alleged direct wrongdoing by Gore in any court filing.
The January 2026 DOJ release did not surface new flight log entries or FBI witness statements placing Gore in any abuse-related context. Gore's name appeared among lists of prominent figures drawn from Epstein's contact book and social circle, compiled in documents from the Southern District of New York investigation. No criminal referral has been made against Gore.
